We Ship with FedEx or Spee-Dee Delivery Service 

Large orders (Coils & Downspouts) will ship Common Carrier LTL at an addtional cost.

 

            

 

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from receipt of goods and we will refund the purchase price, less our shipping & handling costs, plus a 20% restocking fee. You must email order@americangutters.com or call 319-844-1017  for return shipments. You must accompany the shipment with a copy of your receipt.

 A credit card refund, in house credit, or check will be issued within 15 days after the return is received.

You will be responsible for payment of the return shipping & handling charges. For your protection, we recommend you use FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for shipment of returns. We will not be responsible for non-delivery or damage during return shipping.

The merchandise must be in re-saleable condition and properly packaged in order to receive a refund. Refunds cannot be processed for items that are returned in poor condition. It will be the responsibility of the customer to initiate any claims with FedEx or other carriers as to items damaged in return shipment.

Special order items are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

 Our policy for damaged and missing packages is that we need to be notified within 10 days after delivery date.

 If the product arrives damaged we will need the following pictures

1) Box it arrived in.

2) Label on the box (clear).

3) Contents inside the box.

4) All sides of the boxes (4 sides).

**Email pictures to order@americangutters.com with your invoice number.**

Keep the box and damaged goods until the investigation is over.

Destroying any of it could result in automatic denial of claim.
